1. Course & Subscription Fees
- All fees are payable in advance via our approved payment methods.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless a scenario below applies.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be approved in the following cases:
- Technical issues: Persistent platform problems that prevent you from accessing purchased content and remain unresolved for 7 working days after contacting support.
- Duplicate payment: You were mistakenly charged twice for the same enrollment.
- Tutor unavailability: A promised class or course is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled within 15 days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or loss of interest after purchase.
- Incomplete participation or missed sessions by the student.
- Violations of DeenVerse’s Terms & Conditions or community guidelines.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
You can cancel recurring subscriptions anytime by emailing support@deenverse.org. Cancellation stops future billing cycles, but the current billing period remains non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds are issued within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
- DeenVerse reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on this policy.
